Leigh has a particular interest in relationships, understanding our experiences, identity, and trauma. Leigh aims to support people in understanding how difficult life patterns impact on our existence and works to co-create change to build a more meaningful life. As a queer man, Leigh has a particular passion for working with other members of the LGBTIQA+ community.

Erin Greenland
Erin works at Symmetry Monday to Friday.
Erin is a LGBTQIA+ friendly and sex worker-allied Clinical psychologist. Erin works with adults with an interest in anxiety, disordered eating, relationship ruptures and self esteem issues. She also enjoys supervising other psychologists and offers Clinical endorsement supervision.

Janhavi Mistry
Janhavi works at Symmetry on Mondays. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, stress management and trauma. She is also passionate about working with migrant populations, especially women, as well as busy professionals or students navigating the pressures of work and life balance. Janhvi is multilingual and speaks both Hindi and English.
In her practice, Janhavi takes a psychobiosocial and person-centred approach. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and is currently expanding her skills in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She is taking new clients and offers after hours sessions.

Rosie Pearton
Rosie is available at Symmetry Mental Health on Fridays and has a waitlist for new clients.
She works with young people and adults, promoting self-understanding, compassion, and skill development to face life’s challenges. Rosie’s holistic, client-centered approach supports clients in achieving meaningful and fulfilling lives. Her areas of interest include interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, personality disorders, mood disorders, body image issues, neurodivergence, and physical health challenges. She is LGBTQIA+ inclusive and prioritizes creating a safe, trauma-informed therapy space.

Lauren Box
Lauren works at Symmetry on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and is currently taking new clients.
She is a generally registered psychologist with a history of working with individuals from varied walks of life. She has nearly 10 years of direct-facing client experience across private and public settings.
Lauren is especially passionate about working with trauma, by assisting people to make sense of and integrate their historic experiences and ways of coping. Areas of practice knowledge include anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement and adjustment disorders, institutional abuse, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, behavioural change (including positive habit formation and skills building), as well as disordered eating. Her approach to welcoming you is warm, non-judgemental and person-centred.
PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Nat Porcaro
Nat is a warm and curious provisional psychologist who welcomes people from all backgrounds and works to understand each person’s unique experience so that therapy feels collaborative, supportive and empowering. Nat has a strong interest in working with those who have experienced trauma, personality difficulties, attachment issues and identity-related concerns. As a queer and neuro-affirming practitioner, Nat is passionate about providing safe, inclusive and validating care for clients from the LGBTQIA+ community and people of all neurotypes, celebrating diversity and promoting self-acceptance. Nat is taking new clients.

Bridget is a registered psychologist with a particular interest in relationships, behaviour change, self-enquiry, and understanding trauma. Bridget has experience working with young people and adults from all walks of life. As a queer woman, she is passionate about working with the LGBTIAQ+ community.

Tom engages with warmth and authenticity to establish a safe space for everyone to feel heard. Tom is LGBTQIA+ friendly and welcomes individuals, couples and families who identify these ways.

Charlotte Coats
Charlotte is currently on leave.
Charlotte is a queer psychologist with extensive experience working with both adolescents and adults, utilizing an empathetic, client-centered approach. She is deeply passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive therapy space that prioritizes trauma-informed care.
Charlotte has a particular interest in relationship difficulties, anxiety, self-esteem and identity issues, as well as pregnancy, postnatal depression, and parenting. She is LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse inclusive, ensuring her practice is welcoming to all. Charlotte incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and has a growing interest in Schema Therapy.
