Tom is a Clinical Family Therapist with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology/Psychophysiology) from Swinburne University and a Masters in Clinical Family Therapy from La Trobe University (Bouverie Centre). He is a member of the Australian Association of Family Therapy (AAFT).  Tom has also trained in Restorative Practices and is a member of the Australian Association of Restorative Justice (AARJ). He works frequently with couples, families and individuals.

Tom engages with warmth and authenticity to establish a safe space for everyone to feel heard. He will work with you to co-create new ways of communicating to strengthen relationships while also improving the well-being of each individual. Using curiosity and transparency, you will explore and make sense of past experiences to foster a sense of hope for the future. Tom is LGBTQIA+ friendly and welcomes individuals and families who identify these ways. Tom works Wednesdays and Thursdays at Symmetry and is currently accepting new clients.
