Rosie is at Symmetry Mental Health on Fridays and is seeing new clients .
Rosie enjoys working with young people and adults to promote self-understanding and compassion and to develop a flexible set of skills to experience and face life’s challenges. Rosie believes in a holistic, client centred approach in supporting her clients as they move towards a life that is meaningful and fulfilling to them. Rosie can support with interpersonal and relationship difficulties, life transitions, schizophrenia and psychosis, BPAD and other mood disorders, eating disorders, ADHD and autism. Rosie is LGBTQIA+ inclusive and always prioritises creating a safe therapy space and trauma-informed care.
Rosie uses a Schema Therapy approach while integrating components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) therapy where helpful. Rosie currently works in both public and private mental health settings and uses her experiences in both settings to assist clients.
